I was down 3.4 pounds this week, making my grand total for the past 2 weeks 10 pounds. Do keep in mind though, 3 weeks ago was when I ate the cupcakes. Like, a bazillion of them.

Crockpot Honey Apple Pork Tenderloin is also a members only recipe. No need for an air freshener when making this one. It will make your house smell fantastic!
35 Calorie Flourless Pumpkin Pie Protein Cupcakes were a surprise hit with my husband.
And, of course, I hit the 5 Minute Tomato Soup with Parmesan Croutons (the croutons come out as a “crisp” for me) hard again this week!
