There’s something about a refreshing glass of lemonade on a sweltering hot summer day to quench your thirst and cool you down. I’ve been a huge fan of Chick-fil-A’s Diet Lemonade for years…no ice, all lemonade (so I get more!). I couldn’t wait to try their frosted lemonade…but, I was super bummed when I found out it was 7 Weight Watcher’s Points Plus! So…I made my own lightened up version and I packed it with protein for refreshment that sticks with you! And, what’s even better – my version is only 4 Weight Watcher’s Points Plus.
- 1 cup Silk Cashew Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 packet Wyler's Light Singles to Go Lemonade drink mix (like you use for 1 bottle of water)
- 1 scoop of 100 calorie vanilla protein mix (I use Designer Whey French Vanilla)
- Pour ½ cup of cashew milk into an ice tray and freeze. Once frozen, pop out cubes and toss in a blender. Add the remaining ½ cup of cashew milk, the lemonade drink packet, and 1 scoop of protein powder. Blend until smooth & enjoy!
