Banana Pudding Protein Shake

Who doesn't love banana pudding? In the south, it's practically a staple. This banana pudding protein shake comes together easily.  No time to freeze the banana? No worries, skip that step and add some ice instead.  Want to save even more calories? Skip the banana entirely, but be sure to use sugar free fat free banana cream pudding mix.  If you skip the banana, and use a 100 calorie protein mix along with the banana cream pudding mix, the entire recipe is only 125 calories. If it becomes a regular on your menu, you can even pre-measure the dry ingredients as part of your meal planning.

This recipe calls for 1/4 a box of sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding mix - just the powder. You can substitute vanilla pudding mix with banana cream or even white chocolate pudding mix would be delicious.  And, don't sweat it if you don't have a scale to measure out 8g of pudding mix, feel free to eye ball it, or start by adding in 1 teaspoon and adjust to your personal taste.
