Banana Pudding Protein Smoothie

 28 g 100 calorie vanilla protein mix (I use one scoop of Designer Whey or Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake flavor)
 1 banana
 8 g Sugar Free, Fat Free Vanilla Jello Pudding Mix (1/4 of the packet of mix)
 1 cup water

Cut banana into slices and freeze.

Once frozen, toss in blender.

Add protein mix, pudding mix powder, and 1 cup water. Blend well.

Top with whipped topping or vanilla wafers if desired.
