This delicious sugar free caramel sauce comes together in seconds - literally. Throw it all in your high speed blender (I love my Vitamix) or food processor until well combined. Don't try to mix by hand, as the Xanthan Gum will clump up. No Xanthan Gum? You can give cornstarch or your other favorite thickening agent a try. If you don't have Swerve Brown Sugar on-hand, you can replace with another sugar alternative.
I also like to measure out my syrup first, then follow it up with the milk - that way I get all the syrup out of my mixing cup. Save your syrup container for an easy way to dispense. I love to use this on my protein cheesecake, on waffles, on pancakes, or as a low calorie dip for fruit.
