9 tbsp liquid egg whites (equivalent of 3 eggs)
3 cups plain fat free greek yogurt
1 oz Jell-O Instant Sugar-Free Cheesecake Pudding & Pie Filling (white chocolate flavor is also great)
1 tbsp vanilla extract, cheesecake extract, butter extract, OR cake batter extract
¼ cup Splenda (or other sweetener that measures like sugar)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9" pie pan with cooking spray.
Blend all ingredients in a blender (or whip by hand if unavailable). Blend until mixed well and air bubbles whip into mixture. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool on countertop, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Mixture may still jiggle when removed from oven, but will firm in refrigerator.
